Benchmarking User Roundtable

We encourage our clients to learn from each other. Our benchmarking user roundtable is a great opportunity to network with peers, share experiences and hear how other companies use benchmarking in their organizations.

At the end of the season, no matter what the record shows, there is always opportunity for performance improvement.

Ward Group is pleased to host a 2-day informational meeting and roundtable discussions on how to use benchmarking "stats" to analyze your operation and bring home a winning season. The Benchmarking User Roundtable is open to representatives from companies that participate in our benchmarking programs.

This year's event includes a fun filled evening beginning with cocktails and appetizers at the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame Museum and then dinner at Great American Ball Park.

Representatives from companies that participate in a Ward Group benchmarking program can attend the Benchmarking User Roundtable. Individuals should be familiar with the Ward Benchmarking program(s) and assist with or make decisions about operational performance or strategic development. Suggested attendees include senior officers/staff in Finance, Information Technology, Claims, Underwriting, Corporate Strategy, and Ward benchmarking coordinators or representatives for these areas.
