Return Policy:
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item Ward Group will pay for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Contact Vince Albers to inquire about a return.
Shipping Policy
New editions of Ward's Results® are released in August of each year. Standard shipping is free for prepaid orders shipped within the United States. Shipping charges for shipments made outside the United States will be billed at current shipping rates. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of the date we receive payment or upon availability.
Express delivery service is available for in stock editions of Ward's Results® for an added fee. Express delivery requests placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped for next day delivery.
