- Online access to strategic studies, white papers, and web events. Ward Group conducts studies relating to operational practices and strategic initiatives for insurance companies (typically 6 – 8 annually). Subscribers can participate in these studies, receive customized results and attend related webinars.

- Ward's 50 Comparison Reports to quickly compare your company and competitors to top performers.
- Participation credit. The Ward Research Center subscription service pays for participation. Members receive a credit toward the subscription renewal fee based on participation in strategic studies. Participants in strategic studies also earn the privilege of first-look status for viewing results.
- Online access to Ward Group presentations. Throughout the year members of the Ward Group management team speak on a variety of topics at conferences. Copies of select presentations will be available exclusively to Ward Research Center subscribers.
- Complimentary registration fees for two participants to attend select Ward Group hosted events.
- Ward Benchmarking credit. If you upgrade your service to a Ward Benchmarking Study, your subscription fee will be applied to the benchmarking fee.
- An annual copy of Ward's Results, property-casualty edition.
